Mindfulness Centered Psychotherapy

Helping people feel more comfortable in their own skin and empowered in their lives

Video Series: Save Time and Money in Psychotherapy

I created a counseling and psychotherapy series of 8 videos called, Save Time and Money in Psychotherapy. This series was inspired by a number of clients who said that they wanted to get the most out of psychotherapy, but didn’t know how. Explaining the therapy process and what they could do as a client to get the most out of it took time away from their sessions. My hope is that these videos will give potential clients who might benefit from this type of therapy an idea of what to expect, as well as be a resource, as they begin their therapy process. These counseling and psychotherapy videos come from a Mindfulness Centered Psychotherapy perspective, which is the form of therapy I most often use with my clients. The first 4 videos create a context, and the second four videos go into greater detail.

In order to maintain the confidentiality of the clients discussed in this video, details such as names, gender, etc have been changed, or kept more general. The result is that although aspects of the examples discussed may feel familiar, there is not enough information provided to identify any particular individual.
